A logo file is not a finished light-box approval. Cabinet width, visible window, trim, diffuser, illumination and viewing distance all affect the installed result. If the buyer approves artwork without tying it to the exact cabinet and physical sample, production can follow the supplied file correctly and still deliver an unexpected crop, color or brightness.

Photograph it from the normal customer viewing distance and from an angle that reveals edge shadow, hotspots, light leakage and trim coverage. Use the same camera and ambient-light setup for revisions.
Keep subjective comments specific. Replace “too dark” with a marked location and a comparison to the approved reference. If the buyer requires an instrumented color or luminance tolerance, state the method, device and acceptance range in the order; the product page does not provide one.
Check access for sign replacement and routine cabinet service. Electrical verification belongs to qualified personnel using the current documentation. The artwork approval should identify the sign assembly without inventing wattage, voltage or wiring details.
Tie Approval to Production and Packing
