Open access versus enclosed display
An open chiller gives shoppers direct access and depends on an unobstructed air path and disciplined load line. A glass-door upright encloses the product, changes the door and handle route and makes shelf zoning more deliberate.
Plan the dairy range
List pack heights, turnover, shelf fronts, price rails, door count and replenishment path. For an open case, keep products and signs within the model-specific load boundary. For an upright, confirm shelf spacing, door swing and customer stopping space.
